K.A.R.E in the community - Knights Arms Revival Evenings
Many may not know that there was once a public house in Godmersham. Located at the crossroads, in the house on the corner of Godmersham Park, it was closed in 1904, we believe. The pub was called the Knights Arms, after the brother of Jane Austen, who once owned Godmersham Park.
We have a number of events in the pipeline, so dates for your diary are;
Friday 11th September - Folk Music evening
Saturday 3rd October - Village Quiz Night
Saturday 5th December - Biddy's Christmas Carols
