Knights Arms Revival Evening - Saturday 28th March
Many may not know that there was once a public house in Godmersham. Located at the crossroads, in the house on the corner of Godmersham Park, it was closed in 1904, we believe. The pub was called the Knights Arms, after the brother of Jane Austen, who once owned Godmersham Park. Moving forward to more recent times, we used to run "pub" evenings in the old hall, before we closed it for the new hall project. The Knights Arms Revival Evening is the first of these in the new hall, it will be held o Saturday 28th March - further details to follow.
